How can I book a party?
Call or send us an e-mail for a quote for your occasion or make an appointment, and we will come to you. We require a 50% deposit to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due at the end of the party.
When to book a party?
We suggest that you call or email us first to see if the date is available. It is advisable to reserve your date at least month ahead of time. Please remember it is never too early to book your party.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on a number of different variables. For example, the number of guests and the extent of services. We will gladly give you a quote, after talking to you and learning more about your event.
Which areas do you serve?
It’s A Piece Of Cake is a San Francisco based company. We take our parties to the North Bay, East Bay, South Bay and most areas in the region. Please note that distance fees may apply.
What is the best time to call you?
We understand that time is very precious to you. You can contact us by phone 7 days a week between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm. For those who prefer e-mail there is no time limitation! We will get back to you either the same day, or within the next business day.
How about catering, photo and recording services?
We do offer all of the above services. The kids are mostly interested in the “fun”aspect more than anything, but we will make sure that the guests are treated to yummy snacks, healthy platters and a birthday cake in any shape or design you like.
What is the maximum number of kids I can have at my party?
The maximum number, to keep the event “fun” for the birthday child and the parents, changes depending on the child’s age and event spaces chosen for the party. We will be happy to assist you to come up with the best plan depending on your event needs.
